Care at Home

Caring for you at home

A large proportion of our services can be provided in your home. Depending on your needs, you might receive:

  • Contact from a Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide advice and support around the issues related to your illness
  • A review by one of our doctors for symptom management
  • Practical nursing care provided by our hospice at home team
  • Telephone advice from our advice line staff
  • Contact from a social worker, physio or occupational therapist to look  at how you can be best supported in your environment
  • Contact from one of the Emotional And Psychological Support team
  • Contact from one of our hospice neighbour volunteers who give practical and social support

We've updated our look

We want everyone to get the care they deserve, which is why we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.

To achieve this, we're delighted to introduce you to our updated look. Research carried out last year revealed there were many barriers to people accessing our support. Our modernised look helps breaks down misconceptions about St Peter's, which will help us connect with more of our local communities.
