Nurses are an integral part of many of our Hospice teams, working both in a patient's home, and the Hospice building. They provide high quality care and support that is tailored to meet each patient's physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs. Our nurses work closely with other members of the Hospice team, and our community healthcare colleagues, along with those important to the patient, such as family members.
We want everyone to get the care they deserve, which is why we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.
To achieve this, we're delighted to introduce you to our updated look. Research carried out last year revealed there were many barriers to people accessing our support. Our modernised look helps breaks down misconceptions about St Peter's, which will help us connect with more of our local communities.
